​Anti-human IgE High Affinity Receptor, Alpha Chain, mAb (SR-1)

This mouse monoclonal antibody recognizes the carboxy-terminal extracellular region of the alpha 2 domain of the human high affinity IgE receptor. It does not inhibit binding of IgE to this receptor and is suitable to detect soluble receptors present in human serum or other research samples. It can be used to detect the IgE receptor in ELISA and W-blots. 

Affinity - purified from cell culture supernatant by Immunoaffinity chromatography on anti-mouse IgG1-agarose
